Update 1.1 comes a bit late... ^^U — Caterva Steam update #572336

I made a few changes that i think make it better. Survival mode has been removed. It made no sense in the game. I added infinite levels as the game is procedurally generated. There is now a leaderboard with your best scores of highest level achieved and playing time. I removed the bomb. It was unbalanced and made everything much harder to read. Fix some bug at the beginning blocking the exit door of the tutorial. Fixes some wierd issues that blocked character movement right after starting a level. The whole game was balanced. Minor changes and bug fixes
