[EXPERIMENTAL] 26w25a: Artificial Horizon + Docking screen — Starship EVO Steam update #578394

So I wanted to take a bit of time off the usual stuff and add some new cool bricks, it has been a while. So this build adds two new cockpit instruments:Artificial Horizon:this represent the ship roll and pitch, like in modern plane.It is made mainly to make your cockpit a bit more lively - but it is actually fully functional!Docking Procedure screen:will shows an animation of the relative position of the target dock.you can actually use this to maneuver manually during docking.This is actually inspired by the docking procedure screen of one of my favorite movie, 2001 A Space Odyssey!Bugfixes:#7790 Ladders dont workThanks for playing!
