[EA 0.8.311] Added Railroad Track System — Human Host Steam update #5801230

● New feature — Railroad Track System (Mechanical Workbench). Players can lay their own tracks, build a train chassis on them and freely expand it. Track switching is supported, and tracks can even be laid as roller coaster tracks. The train's max speed is 100 km/h, much higher than vehicles' 55 km/h.
