Patch 1.3.2r4 — Beneath the Mountain Steam update #5853723

Trade Traders can now offer any tech and talent in the game, not just a small curated set (147 talents and 134 techs, up from 11 and 10). Resource and mercenary offers keep their share of the offers. Talents gained through trade now ignore your civ age's rune slot limit and building requirements. They still respect the Runeforge page capacity, exclusive talents, the King's weapon lock, and the cap. A traded talent now shows in its socket even past your unlocked slots. Tech gained through trade ignores building requirements, but still needs its prerequisite tech. If an offer becomes unobtainable while your trader is away, the trader returns empty-handed and your gold is refunded, with a notification.
