PERK OVERHAUL Over 60 new perks and 30+ reworks. Every skill now has a full ladder of perks from early to late. Swimming, Running, Blocking, Armor, Lockpicking and Pickpocket finally have real trees. Existing saves are unaffected. Anything you already own, you keep. Grantperk and removeperk console commands can be used to your discretion.
