Hotfix 1.4.0e — Athemore Steam update #590953

Adjusted all respawn points, so the respawn transition feels more smooth. Fixed a respawn point that accidentally spawned the player beneath the floor. Fixed an issue where the player could die twice in a row at certain fall locations. Fixed the missing camera shake effect that would occur at specific locations.
