We have confirmed that some accounts used normally were included in the recent account restrictions regarding the use of unauthorized programs. We sincerely apologize to all Heroes who were unable to play the game due to incorrect usage restrictions and were caught off guard by the sudden notice of sanctions. We have identified an issue where some legitimate transactions, including Steam payments, were not reflected in the usage records during the transaction reconciliation process. We are currently in the process of lifting account restrictions in bulk, and we are re-examining the payment history and related records of the accounts subject to this sanction. Additionally, if any accounts with incorrect sanctions are identified, we will lift their restrictions immediately upon confirmation.
