Fixed Spacebar opens most recent interface — Vega Chronicle Steam update #5955171

This is a small patch that disables the game engine's default user input events. Now if you open and close the Research (or any other) interface, and then press spacebar, only the intended effect (whatever is set in the input map in the game options -- default is "end turn") will occur, and the Research interface will not re-open.
