Fixed slide, crouch, jump, air-dash and narrow-ledge movement issues. Fixed unwanted movement, attacks and menu input during pauses, dialogue, cutaways and loading. Weapon wheel now pauses TV/dialogue playback; carts now allow pausing. Fixed underwater attacks, weapon-switching state and Tommy Gun/Miss Fire specials.
