That was a frustrating and confusing experience, and I'm sorry it happened. What caused the problem? When I set up the game on Steam, I mistakenly configured the Windows depot to only download for users running Steam in English. If your Steam client was set to any other language (French, German, Russian, etc.), Steam didn't find a matching depot and gave you an empty folder. This was my error, and it had nothing to do with the game itself. The fix is now live. I have changed the depot to .
