This is just a tiny tweak for notebooks. It should help ensure constant framerates on machines with CPU power saving. Aside from that I made V-Synch default to ON again. Since the game runs pretty fast anyway, this should just increase the visual quality by default for new players. If you have already changed the setting in the options once, then it saves your preference. Here is the list of changes and additions: Set 'sleep margin' to 4ms V-Synch defaults to ON (you can set it in the options menu!) Let me know if you run into any issues or have suggestions!
