Changed building interface on orbit (Became the same as the rest on Earth) Orbit now have initial access to some laws. Bridge capacity reduced from 12 to 10 units. Buildings on the orbital station now require more resources. The interface of building menu has been changed, some buildings have been relocated to other categories, which is more consistent with logic. Underwater buildings are again available everywhere on the list. Fixed some loading bugs.
