A. NEW FEATURES / NEW CONTENT New feature: VSync option. You can now choose how the game performs the vertical sync. 'OFF' will not limit frame-rate (but may overload some processors), 'ON' will limit frame-rate to half of what your monitor is capable of (choose this on computers like MacBook, where this helps to avoid overheating), and 'ON (smooth)' will limit the frame-rate to your monitor's. New feature: now in the Ultimate Ladder you can see what your daily rating inflation is (EN text only, other languages coming with the next update). New feature: now the bribe value on the avatar of the current Governor is darkened, in order to highlight that the Governor does not pay the bribes even when hit by a Misfortune. Added a tooltip for the "Load Session" button with an explanation of how it works (EN/RU/UA). Added different in-game tooltips for the indicator of session's victory conditio...
