Update 1.3 — Sinned Arena Steam update #6042597

This update brings the missing piece of map awareness for high skill bots. A tier and S tier bots now know when high value pickups (Disc, Powerup and Heavy Armor) will respawn, provided they saw them being picked up, heard them being picked up, or picked them up themselves. The closer a pickup gets to respawning, the higher its priority becomes. Based on feedback, I have also nerfed bot accuracy with the Lightning Gun. Accuracy with the Lightning Gun has been reduced across the board. High skill bots were too deadly with it, and the recent addition of headshots made it deadlier. Bots become even less accurate with the Lightning Gun while you are moving. It is a hitscan weapon, so until now there was no point in moving to avoid getting hit. The same applies to InstaGib.
