Update 0.10.3: — Vigilant Inquest Steam update #604282

Halloween added (Available on the 25th for 30 days every year.) Features: Happy Halloween! The controls section in the options now has a category select. Updated the way the scoring system worked. Added descriptions to specific items. Added an options in the accessibility settings menu to have minimal VFX. This will make all particle effects significantly smaller. Made the settings file save dropdown menu's with their actual values rather than integer values. -Note: integer values will still work, so older settings files will still work properly, but will be converted to the new version. Rocket Launcher Changes: -Added the Quick Eject alt fire to the rocket launcher. -Changes max ammo count from 10 > 4 Leaderboards have been reset and are now on version 0.11.
