Audio shoutout & patch notes — Plant Budz 98 Steam update #604345

Fixed the settings-saving bug (audio/cursor speed weren't sticking), some menu cleanup, and a few smaller fixes based on what people flagged. Nothing huge, just tightening things up.While I'm here — I want to properly credit Peter, who did all the sound and music for this game. Genuinely made the game feel alive once his work was in it.
