It's been years but here's a patch! — Armed with Wings: Rearmed Steam update #605409

Hello to all you wonderful players of Armed with Wings: Rearmed! It's been some time since I last pushed an update. 5 or 6 years perhaps? Well, I've got some positive news. I've just deployed an update to the game to fix 2 very critical issues that I honestly gave up on trying to fix years ago. Version 1.0.7 delivers: Stuck on black screen fix (potentially... probably) Broken achievements now unlock Achievement PEERLESS WARRIOR is now unlockable by beating the Story on hard. All other achievements related to a game-complete state now work too (e.g. KATANA'S PROSPERITY, RESISTANCE IS... etc.) A small percentage of users have experienced being stuck on a black screen on launch, unable to play the game. This is the most offensive bug. I did attempt to fix this multiple times, but it was such a difficult bug to try to fix as it wasn't reproducible. I have, however, strengthened the code and ...
