OtherBosses now have a greater reduction in health and damage on the two easiest difficultiesDestroyers have reduced health on the two easiest difficultiesAdded a console command to change the frame rate cap and VSync. Press enter while on a map and type the following into the box in the top left. "frame###" to set a specific cap (minimum 30). "frame0" will set it to unlimited. "framev" will activate VSync. This will reset when changing maps.
