Update 1.3.3 - Improving deadzones and look inversion — Bush 1022 Steam update #614060

This very small update should improve the experience of anyone using worn out gamepads that can't be calibrated well or are making axis noise. Details There's now a 50% deadzone for gamepad axes when binding keys. This should prevent instabinds to a noisy axis. There's also a 50% deadzone when switching menu navigation from mouse & keyboard to gamepad. This should prevent the mouse randomly shifting back to the middle of the screen when a gamepad axis makes noise. Look inversion checkboxes now also affect chase cam look binds.
