Update v1.0.1.5a — The Last Sigil Steam update #6186

Fixed some translation issue in the Simplified and Traditional Chinese Localization. Fixed Spectral Vanguard and Tornado spells starting positions. Fixed an UI issue within the Roster and Recruitment Panels in the English Localization; there wasn't enough space to display the entire name of the spell "Spectral Vanguard". Some of the Bosses were getting stuck in channeling attack animations, added a safe check to avoid the issue. The Block ability now interrupts any other action you are currently doing and can now be used as a real emergency ability. I might get rid of the active Block in the upcoming Skills update and transform the ability into a passive bonus which automatically blocks a % of the attacks. Could use some feedback about it.
