Cirno's Desperation effect can now be chipped by touching a bullet. This means that touching a bullet will decrease the time the effect is in place. Fixed issue of a second Lily White appearing and shooting after time over. Fixed issue of mini game setup appearing in other modes other than Story and Mini Games. Keystones may now randomly give items. Minor text changes.
