Update v.1.0.1.0 — The Last Sigil Steam update #6193

Added a death penalty count; the penalty to the fame level now happens every 3 death instead of 1. Added a death penalty count value inside the General tab of the Guild Panel, to keep track of the death count. Added a recruit tip in the Recruit tab of the Guild Panel. Rare and Epic items have now respectively 33% and 66% chance to spawn with a Mythic Effect. Old items are not effected by the change.
