BETA Update 1.6.6 — Mycopunk Steam update #622778

Hey employees! We've got a small update with some fixes and Ouroboros balancing that we'd like to test out on the beta branch before releasing to everyone. If you play the beta we'd love to hear your thoughts on the changes to difficulty scaling!
