vrOS v1.8.0 Patch Notes Improvements Refreshed compact dashboard: a cleaner two-row clock at a steady size, right-aligned world clocks and uptimes, a bigger main logo button, larger media controls, and corrected device icons for a tidier devices row. Display presets now show clear icons and readable names instead of raw codes, laid out three per row. Lower idle CPU and power use — vrOS now does far less background work when nothing on the dashboard is changing, keeping the interface smooth. Bug Fixes Media controls now show the correct app name for the audio source — previously left blank for some apps such as Firefox. Dropdown menus now stay fully on screen and line up with their buttons, including when using larger accessibility text. Fixed the compact dashboard logo sometimes collapsing or leaving a gap.
