Update notes for Nov 2023 — The Rescue of Mermaids Steam update #636517

I was doing the new level last week, but during the tests going through the path from level 1 I realized that the game had some broken things that used to work, I don't know if at some point I edited something and broke the code. The important thing is that I had to get it all the way to the new level (which is level 4 in world 2), and after a week the version is ready, level 4 is still under construction because I had to go back and fix the whole path, from the tests I've done now it seems that everything is working well but, as usual, only testing with other players can say for sure.
