fix texture tools issues for some tools, fix issues caused by non-normalized values in impl for ALTER_TEXTURE and COMBINE_TEXTURES, fix issues with unnecessary embedding of textures into project files during the file save process, change tool access for selector windows to right-click popups, auto-embed compressed texture data in project files if not saved to disk, add separate 'COLOR_CONTROLS' popup
