Alpha 0.1.8 The new perk system is separate from the skill system, although there are a few perks that won’t have any effect if you haven’t unlocked the appropriate skill. You can buy all available perks from Val for 50 wants apiece. You will be able to have three perks equipped at once, but they can only be swapped out in the sewer base via the skill book.
