This patch will break old saves, because of the new debt level system. New Features Added a Debt Level System, which adds stacking difficulty modifiers for each level. Winning a run on one debt level unlocks the next. There are 20 levels in total. If you have already won a run on nightmare you already start with debt level 10 already unlocked.
