Changes: The health trainer now trains health as expected, not stamina. Service offers from the medbay now include a max based on either max needed, or max affordable, so to buy 100+ stacks of heals can now be done in one click. It also provides a range of static offers if applicable: 1x, 10x, 50x, and 100x. A minor text fix for the growth processing skill. This update shouldn't break saves, though you'll need to start a new run to see the health trainer update.
