Hotfix to v1.01b — Lumberjack's Dynasty Steam update #656876

Fixes to repair roof sockets so those are more accessible (and sometimes less work is required). Repair quests should be compliable now. Also altered repair socket searching/blocking mechanism for easier access in complex areas. Set of better optimized LoDs for all vehicles. When cutting grass with mow tractor, grass is automatically added to players inventory, so the process is much smoother (and buying tractor makes sense). When mowing with a trimmer the grass stays on ground (as before). Added option for a permanent crosshair in game options menu. Fixed one spoilt treasure chest resulting in a large invisible chest somewhere. Some highest-level blueprints can overlap, but all of them should be available. There may be saves with only 30 chests in the world (should be 31). Missing chest is properly recreated and contains all blueprints now (in case one was missing - to be sure). Fix to ...
