Patch v.1.1.214 (& hotfix 216) — Lords of the Fallen Steam update #658986

Hotfix v.1.1.216 We've noticed an increase in crash reports in Sentry with patch 214, as well as reports of players losing levels in co-op. We've identified both issues and have rolled back the changes immediately. Please update the game on Steam to get the latest stable version.
