Equipment UI Rework — Cycle Idle RPG Steam update #659

QoL - The Equip and Crafting menus have been combined into one. The panel now takes up the entire screen, and has additional features: the ability to toggle between viewing base stats and effective stats of equipment, a section that allows you to assign and equip loadouts, and a section that shows the total stats gained from equipment. Fixes - The bottled time notification now updates upon logging in - Fixed an issue where Oceanic Naga's abilities would have their cooldowns counting down prior to the start of the battle in the Arena.
