Release Hotfix: Smooth(ie) screen — The Oneironaut Steam update #659138

First hotfix Hello fellow Oneironauts! After a release week that was over any expectations we had, we wanted to thank all of you that has interacted with our game in any way. All your feedback, and support makes us feel like we are currently in a dream. With this Release hotfix, we've fixed the following: Screen tearing We noticed that people had a lot of problems with screen tearing, so we implemented optimizations to make sure that wont happen again. Now you can happily play the game on that VHS TV without a problem! V-sync and Framerate updating "properly" now. Optimization Lower end PCs seemed to struggle a lot with keeping up with The Oneironauts speed. Which some might have felt was a blessing, but mostly just annoying.
