Small bugfixes — Pub Sim Steam update #659478

Hi folks, just a small patch to fix up some minor issues This shouldn't affect save games but of course if you are facing excessive issues then a corrupted save will usually be the reason. Bugs fixed Rainstorms were far too common Coins had temporary collision and pushed the player back Immovable objects could be selected which softlocked the player Text overlapped the in-game PC Weather sounds were not tethered to the audio sliders Some option sliders were not tracking the mouse very well
