Fixes: Fix physics bug introduced in version 96 leading to players getting stuck at the top of ramps when walking up the ramp against a wall whose height is flush with the top of the ramp. Fix graphical corruption and crashes in complex world locations. Fix minimap appearing as black until M is pressed when starting the game in some cases. Fix seeing sun-flare through the selection box of mouse. Initial support for updating entities with a client-first deployment (helps minimise game downtime).
