Fix possible lock when fare remarks on duration during warp-exit and other similar scenarios. The user-input would be disabled so the player had no way of responding and thus couldn't continue the game. Fix crash when in warp and talking to passenger and passenger has 'oginawo' Topic. Fix crash when pinning items by preventing users from pinning more than a page of items. Carmino wiseguy can now be re-bought at any time while you still have carmino wiseguy (if you lose it you have to still go through the whole thing again). Passenger can become un-dumpable (DUMP button just shows CONTINUE) after passenger remarks on fare-duration more than once. Fix starburst doesn't work when in a system with a warp-beacon (because it automatically tries to use the warp-beacon instead which does nothing because you're already in the warp-beacon's system).
