Update TAXINAUT version 0.9.30 WIN_EARLY — TAXINAUT Steam update #671147

This update adds new commercial hubs but this time to the Dronx region. They're a little bit more dangerous than regular other planets (only a little, I'm starting light). Note that there's been a change to the default display settings (full screen exclusive should now be viable again and it won't force a display resolution change). Your display configuration might have changed (especially when playing on Linux/Mac where it used to use full screen by default but now doesn't).
