More Gold! — Across The Void Steam update #672190

Changes Enemies will now drop Gold on death. (Hopefully this will allow players to buy more stuff in-between levels and in Endless.) Removed "C" keybind. (This was a test key that was left in, it was bound to open the escape menu which should just be opened when the player hits Escape.) Fixes Achievements were bugged for number of kills. Made changes that hopefully resolve this issue. ːsteamthumbsupː Insect death animation will no longer loop while it fades. Pet lifesteal fixed. Was applying 5-15x instead of 5%-15%.
