General improvement patch. Improved some trigger shapes and sizes to better react to players actions. Adjusted sections of the tutorial to better explain player controls. Adjusted some NPC animations to react more clearly to Players. When finding a secret level exit the base level will be automatically completed as well. Added some minor adjustments to first boss to direct players more clearly. Solved issue that caused problems when reading or loading saves when players had NON ASCII steam names (file name now ignores non safe characters).
