This is a small update fixing some issues with the game, and making some changes to the world. Feature You can now invite other, non-enemy countries, to try joining institutions that you are a part of. Scenarios The HRE in 1300 has been turned into an institution and its member states were added as countries. Added institutions to the 2000 scenario. World Aceh, Brunei, Champa, the Mekong Delta, and Singapore have been added as places. Changed several water places in the Atlantic Ocean. Performance Improved performace by making several smaller changes: Enhanced the performance of NPCAI.SpecializeARegion. Removed one unneccessary call to CountriesSystem.UpdateCountriesAttitudeLists per turn. Improved performance of NPCAI.MakePlans.
