- Increased the daily cap and drop rate for 'Survey Range Uplink' rewards from Unstable Rifts. - Reduced the drop rate for 'Random Ship Cost Reduction' rewards from Unstable Rifts. - Rebalanced some late-game star system rewards by removing Ship Cost Reduction, Weapon Precision, and Evasive Maneuver from the reward pools. - Fixed an error in the Stargate description.
