VR: Fix recognition of retail Steam Frame. I want to add here that even though we made it such that the game can run on standalone Steam Frame, it wasn't ever developed in mind for that performance level, so the preferred way to play is via PCVR streaming. But, it's available and players who use the teleport-based navigation may find it tolerable.
