Woolly sheep have been added. There is also a new weapon called the Body Hacker. It "hacks" body parts through the matrix in the game. It also "hacks" them by chopping them into quarters. It can be accessed in the inventory by pressing "I". To use it hold down the mouse button while selecting a body part. You can use it to complete the mystery box and hiding behind houses tasks. You can even use it to chop people while they are looking at you through a house window. Also the mystery box now recognizes if you chop every living thing incorrectly.
