This is a PC-only update that addresses a few small issues including the dreaded “black screen bug” and some of the 1.49 error codes players were seeing. Players are now informed if communication is restricted due to parental controls or PSN account penalties from previous behavior. Controller rumble is disabled to avoid a bug some players were experiencing. If you weren’t experiencing the black screen bug when starting the game, you can manually enable rumble by adding -audio_motion_enabled to Steam Launch Options (https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/7D01-D2DD-D75E-2955). Minor updates to PSPC runtime installer. Enabled PSN crash reporting. Updated PSPC SDK to 4.0.
