STEAM DECK work around — SLIPPY THE FROG 🐸💦 Steam update #715106

Hey gamers! If you're reading this, you probably got one of them Steam Decks I've been hearing so much about. SLIPPY didn't run on the Steam Deck when I launched it earlier this year, which sucked at the time. Basically, it's the CRT TV shader that is causing SLIPPY to crash on the Steam Deck, and I don't understand shaders enough that I've been able to fix this issue. However, I have done this work around that flat out disables the shaders that crash the steam deck version. I'm aware it's not the ideal solution, but at least now you can play on the go if you'd like to. Please read below carefully, and if you have any issues shoot me a message.
