Update Notes for 3-11-25 (Part 2) — Alpha and Iota Steam update #716124

Changes: Fixed issue where resetting a level while a Core was reactivating and then leaving the level before the data stream reached the end Gate caused further progress to become impossible. Fixed issue where an active slide host would sometimes display the player sprite or autopilot indicator as an arrow in situations where it should display a dot. The welcome screen now only appears when the game is first started, and not when you use the "Exit to Main Menu" feature in the pause menu.
