Update 1.0.1.0 — Dead Exit Steam update #716883

Some significant updates, and a few not so significant ones. +All cards have now been updated to be easier to read. +several minor bugs found through testing and you guys playing, have now been fixed. +Some wording tweaked. Known issues. We are looking into a weird bug that causes some peoples game to crash when they get to the steam sign in. We don't know yet what is causing it, but it is a temporary problem thankfully and there are a couple of workarounds in the discussion (although apparently just restarting the computer can fix it). If restarting doesn't work for you check out the discussion page. If playing multiplayer and you choose to activate the last round early, this can cause a weird hang.
