Visual update to improve shadows, lighting, and camera — DownhillMadness Steam update #71948

This minor update includes optimizations to make the visuals easier on the eyes: - Made some light sources less bright and blinding - Brightened lighting to remove super dark areas in shadows, so it's easier to see on every level - Improved camera contrast and brightness settings, decreased light bloom, overall better look - Optimized post-process settings for better performance - Decreased default music volume
