The crucifix will now be used if the ghost overlaps the player while the player is holding the crucifix, even if the player is not looking directly at the ghost - The crucifix will still be used from a distance if pointed at the ghost Medium difficulty has been rebalanced so the ghost is easier to handle later in the game - The maximum speed has been reduced - The maximum spawn rate has been reduced - The spawn near player chance has been reduced Added messaging on certain items when first used to help explain their purpose
