Minor bugfix update 1.0.0.31 — Get In The Car, Loser! Steam update #720492

This update fixes the following issues: A text overflow issue that could occur with certain overly long names in the enemy selector widget. An additional failsafe for a crash in the Gaius fight was added. Previously, special offers in the shop would go away after leaving the shop, instead of "the instant your key hits the ignition" as described.
